1. Who may sell

You must be eligible under MarketUni's seller rules and give accurate, current account and seller information. Your selected institution and campus affiliation must be truthful. Student, staff, campus business and other campus-community affiliations are reviewed against the information you provide.

2. Identity and campus review

MarketUni may review the identity document and selfie submitted with your application. Identity review and institution-affiliation verification are separate facts: a NIN document alone does not prove campus membership. Documents must belong to you, be current where applicable, and must not be altered or misleading.

3. Listings and prohibited items

You must own, control, or be authorized to offer every listing and must describe it accurately. Do not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, prohibited or misleading products or services. State the real condition, price, available stock, and material limitations.

4. Orders and fulfilment

You are responsible for keeping stock accurate, responding to orders, and fulfilling the stated delivery or collection method safely and on time. Order quantities, product condition and fulfilment details must match the accepted order.

5. Commission and payments

No seller subscription is required. MarketUni deducts the displayed 5% commission from completed sales; the applicable rate and fee are recorded with each order. The buyer checkout total is not increased by a separate MarketUni surcharge. MarketUni does not provide escrow and does not hold a stored customer balance. Any wallet-style amount shown in the service is an account ledger display, not a bank account or stored-value promise.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Order cancellation, refund, complaint and dispute requests follow the controls and status shown for the order. You must cooperate honestly with reviews and provide relevant information when requested. This preview agreement does not add a guarantee, insurance promise, payment promise, or refund right beyond the approved MarketUni flow and applicable obligations.

7. Reviews and moderation

Genuine order participants may leave reviews under MarketUni's rules. MarketUni moderators may investigate reports, hide or remove listings, restrict seller activity, or suspend or remove accounts for rule violations. Review and moderation records must not be manipulated.

8. Privacy and identity documents

Identity documents and selfies are kept outside the public web area and are available only through protected, authorization-checked review paths. They are used for verification and security purposes under MarketUni's privacy and retention controls. Do not upload another person's document.

9. Changes and later acceptance

MarketUni may issue a new agreement version. A future production process may ask existing sellers to review and accept that version with notice and a reasonable transition path. This private-preview change does not force existing approved sellers to re-accept or remove their access.

10. Support

Use the support or contact channel displayed in your MarketUni account when one is available. Private-preview testers should use the existing owner-provided testing channel. No unapproved email address, legal jurisdiction, or support promise is created by this draft.
